in the vast ocean, on a boat, alone in the night,
the moon up above beams down its light.
he can’t find respite.
nothing to lose, and a lot to gain,
he wishes to find that sage,
and listen to what he has to say.
life is brief, it goes by at lightning speed;
the sage knows this better than he.
he dwells in that lighthouse, a lone, night and day
–he has found peace.
searching for the light house he goes.
